1 scoop protein powder (optional, I love using vanilla protein)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 banana
1 hand full blueberries
honey to sweeten
cinnamon (as much as you’d like)
*shake, store in fridge overnight and enjoy in the am!
