Dove Poppers
1 lb of dove breast
1 tub of cream cheese spread
1/2 lb of jalapeño
1 pound of bacon
Finely dice 1 jalapeño
Mix diced jalapeño into cream cheese spread
Butterfly individual dove breasts and lightly fill with cream cheese mix
Wrap each dove breast in bacon
Insert tooth picks
Grill at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp and dove is cooked through (usually about 20-30 minutes)
