“Somethin’ Bout a Song” EP:
Country singer/songwriter Ashlyn Grayce recently put out her first EP, “Somethin’ Bout a Song,” which debuted at #4 on iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart and also appeared on iTunes Bestseller list. The EP is available on Apple Music, Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, GooglePlay and many other digital music streaming outlets and also Grayce’s EP is on her own website and you can purchased a physical copy of it.
Grayce’s EP was produced by Brent Rader. There are 6 songs on this EP and all the songs were written or co-written by Grayce. The 6 songs on this EP are about Grayce’s real life experiences. The lyrics of the songs are about love to heartache and breakups. The most personal song is “601,” this song is a positive message that Grayce shares to her young listeners and she hopes to make a difference in many young people lives through her uplifting music.
The 6 songs release features partnerships with top Nashville songwriters such as Kalie Shorr, Daniel Kliendienst, Alex Dooley, Brett Mandel, Troy Catstellano, Dave & Julia Carlson (Wild Life Crush) and Evan Thompson. It also showcases her exclusively clear vocals that were influenced by artists like Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Hillary Scott and Colbie Caillat.
About Ashlyn Grayce:
Ashlyn Grayce was born into a musical family. As a child her magnetic charm landed her in print ads for companies like Cracker Barrel, Arista Records and Readers Digest. Grayce had performed for festivals like the Seafood Festival, Bell Buckle Arts & Crafts Festival and the Nashville Dog Day Festival. She has also performed at many popular Nashville venues, such as The Bluebird Café, The Hard Rock Café, Tin Roof, Puckett’s and The Listening Room.
As a songwriter, she has already started to put together her own writing credits and she has written many songs for other artists. Most recently, Grayce showcased her camera skills serving as a co-host for episodes of TBN’s Juce TV internationally syndicated with “Juice Live,” “Juice Live After Party” and filming social media updates for the TV show “Hot Off the Press.” Grayce is also only a few weeks away from graduating from Lipscomb University. She will be receiving her B.A. Degree in Strategic Communication.
