  1. Kelsea Ballerini “Miss Me More”: “Miss Me More” is a song about understanding that, sometimes breaking up and moving on with your life is not all that tough if it is done for the correct reasons.
  2. Carly Pearce “Color”: “Color” is a relative song that results in letting your own wall down in order to see the colorful option that a relationship can have.
  3. Jason Aldean “I Won’t Back Down”: On SNL on Oct 7, 2017, Aldean, opened the show with a touching performance covering of “I Won’t Back Down” by Tom Petty, who had passed away earlier that week. Aldean’s performance was dedicated to the Las Vegas shooting victims who were killed and hurt during the Route 91 Harvest Festival the weekend prior.
  4. Jon Pardi “She Ain’t In It”: “She Ain’t In It” is a song about Pardi trying to get over his ex. He also is ready to go out with his friends to the bar, after about month being upset about his breakup and just staying at home. He just hopes to not run in his ex at the bar.
  5. Lewis Brice “Messin’ With My Mind”: “Messin’ With My Mind” is a ballad on Brice’s new EP. The song is written from the viewpoint of the backside of a relationship where the ex is messing with his feelings and keeps coming back in his life for more.
