I make French Toast Casserole every morning for Christmas. It’s so easy, because you make it the day before and then let it set in the fridge overnight. Then in the morning you pop it in the oven and you’re good to go. Plus it’s delicious!
Ingredients:
8 Hawaiian rolls (you can use any kind of rolls, I just think these are yummy. Plus it makes it a little sweeter)
1 block of Cream Cheese
8 Eggs
½ cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
2 ½ cup of whole milk
4 tablespoons of melted butter
¼ cup of Maple Syrup
Directions:
Spray a 9X13 baking dish.
Cut the rolls into cubes and put half of the cubes into the bottom of the baking dish
Cube the block of Cream Cheese and sprinkle it over the bread cubes and then cover with remaining bread cubes
Mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Then add maple syrup, vanilla, milk, and melted butter.
Pour mixture over bread cubes
Cover with foil and put in the fridge overnight
Remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
