Steak and Potatoes
Ingredients:
12-ounce Strip or Ribeye (Choose your number)
Large Baking Potatoes
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
Worcestershire Sauce (WC Sauce)
Prep:
Set oven to 425 degrees
Stab potatoes a few times on each side with a fork. Lightly cover in Olive Oil and Sea Salt
Drizzle WC Sauce on steak and lightly rub it in. Sprinkle on Lawrys, lightly covering, and rub it in. Flip steak and repeat.
Cooking:
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 1 hour and 10 mins (70 mins) until skin is crispy.
About halfway through cooking the potatoes, get ready to grill. Heat grill on high. Place steaks on one side for 2-3 minutes, then give 1/4 turn to gain cross-stitch marks in grill marks. Flip to tother side and repeat. After, searing the grill marks, drop grill to medium heat and finish steaks to desired doneness. Medium rare to medium should take no more than 10 minutes extra.
Once cooked, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
Remove potatoes from oven, prep as desired.
Unwrap steaks from foil and plate.
Enjoy it all! The potato skin is good and crispy!
