- This recipe is shared from country duo Hadley Park and it is a pasta salad that Morgan Leigh Garner’s Mom makes.
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 bunch green onions
Course ground pepper
12 oz. Parmesan cheese
1.) Cook noodles al dente and then soak them with cold water and drain.
2.) While you are waiting for noodles to cool dice green onions into small rings…dice tomato.
3.) Take bowl of noodles and add 2-3 dollops of mayo. Use clean hands to toss mayo on each noodle. Once mayo is coating each noodle in a thin layer….
4.) Add Parmesan cheese in layers and toss with your hands…until each noodle is coated.
5.) Add course ground pepper to taste.
6.) Layer in green onions and tomatoes.
7.) Toss and serve chilled.
