Liv Austen Mother’s~ Norwegian Apple Pie
Supplies:
- Butter, 150 g
- Sugar, 150 g
- Plain white flour, 150 g
- 3 eggs
- Baking soda, 1 teaspoon
- 2 apples
- Almonds
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Mix butter (don’t melt it!), sugar, flour and baking soda together using your hands. Then mix the eggs and add them to the batter (no need to use your hands anymore!). Pour in to a pie tray and add slices of apple on top, you can put them in a nice pattern if you like! Add a bit of cinnamon and sugar on top, and finely chopped almonds.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees (180 for fan oven)
