White Chicken Chili!!!
2 chicken breasts
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can black beans (drain and rinse)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (I usually do the original)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (I usually do the original)
1 tsp Chili powder
1Tbsp Cumin
1 Ranch dressing mix packet
1 8oz. block of cream cheese
Place the chicken breasts in the crock-pot then add the rest on top. Let it cook for 4-6 hours on low (or high depending on if the chicken breasts are frozen or not when you put them in). Enjoy!
