Morgan Myles is from Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Belmont Curb College of Music Business. Myles is currently living in Nashville; she is a great talent who sings a blend of country and soul music. Myles unique style can be attributed to her first guitar teacher who discovered her old school sound and exposed her to 1960s and 1970s music. Many of Myles’ songs focus on people, places and things which have impacted her life.
Myles finished her first solo record in 2009. She wrote each song on the album and promoted the record in the US and Europe. Also that year, Myles toured with Crystal Shawanda, a CCMA’s 2009 best female artist, along with headliner Reba McEntire. In 2010, she played at the Olympics in Vancouver. Next, Myles performed for the US troops departing for Iraq at Camp Shelby in Mississippi.
In 2013, Myles recorded and produced her own self-titled EP. In March of 2014, Myles was the feature performer at the historical Community Arts Center singing ten of her own songs with the Pennsylvania Symphony Orchestra. Her single, “Chain” was featured in the documentary, “Music City USA.” Recently, Myles has opened for musicians like Hank Williams Jr. and Rick Springfield. She has also played at popular country festivals around the United States with Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and Blake Shelton.
Myles held her first listening EP Party for her “Miss Myles Morgan EP.” She received great reviews from the press including Music Row Magazine, Taste of Country and CMT.
