Hill’s journey to find her own voice has helped her through strange, unpleasant and unexpected situations. She shares that her songs are like an open book and express different types of feeling. Hill tells the story about her sister’s battle with lymphoma in her song “This is Not a Test.” In her song “No Place Like Home,” she shows her sassy-side as she explains a terrible personal relationship. My favorite song of Hill’s is a beloved ballad called “I Will See You Again,” a eulogy for her close friend that passed away.
